Work experience

After his university studies, Kai Liu used to work as an engineer at Beijing Puresino-Boda Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. Before joining Beyond Attorneys At Law in 2011, Kai Liu worked at China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. for eight years. During this period of time he handled large number of cases, especially for foreign companies. Due to his performance, Kai Liu was assigned important tasks and worked on numerous cases for well-known enterprises such as DuPont, Unilever, BASF, Bayer AG, Praxair, SINOPEC, etc. In 2006 Kai Liu got an opportunity to study European patent law at B?hmert & B?hmert LLP in Munich.

With better understanding of European practices Kai Liu continues to serve mainly foreign clients at BEYOND. He is vice director of our Chemical and Pharmaceutical Department.
