Work experience
Ms. Li used to work at a prestigious IP firm in Germany for nine years. During that period of time she handled a large number of trademark cases for clients from Japan, Germany and other European countries. Prior to joining BEYOND Attorneys At Law, Ms. Li was partner of an international consultancy company in Munich. She assisted numerous reputed German, Swiss, Austrian and French companies in their investment projects in China. Both European and Chinese clients benefit from her extensive knowledge in the fields of IP, economics & business as well as her profound understandings for both Chinese and western cultures.
Her latest publication on Revisiting China's Competition Law and Its Interaction with Intellectual Property Rights was released in August 2018 by German publishing house NOMOS Verlagsgesellschaft.
